You may request a return or refund if:

Your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or customized items unless defective.

To initiate a return:

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address
  3. Pack and ship the product securely back to us
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Send photos and a description of the issue to info@nelsonstries.com

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — at no cost to you


  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

First check your bank account or credit card statement again

Then contact your bank or card provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
